The
Arc Covenant Foundation
conceived in 2002 with a vision of making a significant positive
impact on the homeless communities over a specific period of time.
Arc Covenant works
as a national philanthropic partner for 'The Homeless Awareness
Day Fair,' pulling together diverse corporate sponsors, small
businesses, community participants, as well as working together
in unity with other like-minded non-profits that have adopted
the same philosophy of using various forms of media and outreach
programs to raise awareness in relation to the on going and
ever-increasing plight of families becoming homeless in America.
The
Arc Covenant Foundation
was also established for the purpose of bestowing educational
grants, specifically designated for foster children. Arc will
also provide grants for NIMH research, focusing on the relationships
among genetic, behavioral, developmental, social and other factors
to identify the cause or causes of schizophrenia.
